近日,微博超级红人节主论坛——V影响力峰会在成都成功举办,IMS(天下秀)新媒体商业集团创始人兼CEO李檬受邀出席,并就“关注文明时代的网红商业秩序”进行了精彩的现场分享。

Recently, the V-Influences Summit, the main forum of Super Red Man's Day on Weibo, was successfully held in Chengdu. 今年是微博的第十年,这十年发展下来,我本人就是见证者。2009年,我们围绕着微博创立了IMS新媒体商业集团,今年已经成长为一家独角兽公司。在中国所有的社交平台里面,微博是最具有平台属性的公司,这十年,围绕着微博,培养出了很多的新三板的上市公司,也培养出来了很多的细分的红人,比如说李雪琴同学,每次在微博上看到她的时候,我都觉得非常的开心。我相信,能够跟着微博一路走下来的公司和红人,在未来的世界里面一定都能活得很好。未来,微博会培养出更多的上市公司,我们深刻的感受到真正属于红人、MCN的时代将要到来。

In 2009, we founded IMS New Media Business Group around Weibo, which has grown into a unicorn company this year. Among all the social platforms in China, Weibo is the most platform-oriented company. In the past ten years, around Weibo, many new listed companies have been trained, and many subdivided red people have been trained, such as Li Xueqin. Every time I see her on Weibo, I feel very happy. 。 I believe that companies and red people who can follow Weibo all the way down will surely live well in the future world. In the future, micro-blog will cultivate more listed companies, and we deeply feel that the era of truly popular, MCN will come.

去年我们发表了一个重要的言论,未来的MCN机构会干倒广告公司。其实,不是说MCN机构要干掉广告公司,而是现下MCN越来越广告公司化,越来越多的品牌广告主会选择跟社交平台来合作。

Last year, we made an important statement that the future MCN will overthrow advertising companies. In fact, it is not that MCN agencies want to kill advertising companies, but that MCN is becoming more and more advertising companies, and more and more brand advertisers will choose to cooperate with social platforms.

在座的每一位红人和MCN机构都能共享中国近上万亿的互联网广告的市场,也能共享中国接近几万亿的电商消费的市场,无论是头部、中部、尾部都能在其中获得重要的流量和生态。同时,微博目前全面推进视频体系,在这样的环境下,无论我们是提供直播,还是短视频,都不如在直播、短视频上培养自己的粉丝,相信将来有更多的红人和MCN公司,能在微博的视频公司,在微博的平台上成长起来。

Every celebrity and MCN organization here can share the nearly trillion Internet advertising market in China, and the nearly trillion consumer market in China. No matter the head, the middle or the tail, they can get important traffic and ecology. At the same time, micro-blog is now promoting the video system in an all-round way. In such an environment, whether we provide live or short video, it is better to cultivate our fans on live or short video. I believe that in the future, more popular people and MCN companies will grow up in the micro-blog video company and on the micro-blog platform.

最后我想分享的是,属于自媒体的时代才刚刚开始,很多人都在说自媒体的时代已经到顶峰了,自媒体竞争的非常激烈。其实,微博诞生了十年,前五年属于MCN的生意是非常少的,近五年MCN才到高速成长的阶段。在整个的MCN体系里面,虽然培养了很多的富翁和上市公司,但其实整个MCN的收入只占中国广告市场收入的不到10%,未来还有5000亿到6000亿的市场规模,5年内可以全部转化到MCN的公司身上,包括电商的转化。

Finally, what I want to share is that the era of media has just begun. Many people are saying that the era of media has reached its peak, and the competition of media is very fierce. In fact, microblogging was born ten years ago. In the first five years, there were very few businesses belonging to MCN. In the past five years, MCN has only reached the stage of rapid growth. In the whole MCN system, although many millionaires and listed companies have been trained, in fact, the income of the whole MCN only accounts for less than 10% of the advertising market revenue in China. In the future, there will be a market scale of 500 billion to 600 billion, which can be converted to all MCN companies in five years, including the transformation of e-commerce.

今天我们所有的社交平台,像微博这样的平台以及MCN公司,才刚刚开始重构广告传播业。我相信未来十年,不仅仅会改造广告行业,还有电商行业、金融行业,到最后会改变我们社会的构成,这将是一个全新的市场。所以在今天的市场里面,在MCN行业里面创业的人,一定要努力的赚钱,赚钱并不是丢人的事情,只有赚到更多的钱,才能让自己的内容更好,让自己的公司发展的更快,在未来的竞争当中获得自己的收益。

Today, all of our social platforms, such as microblogging and MCN, are just beginning to restructure the advertising and communication industry. I believe that in the next ten years, not only will the advertising industry be transformed, but also the e-commerce industry and the financial industry. In the end, the composition of our society will be changed. This will be a brand-new market. So in today's market, entrepreneurs in the MCN industry must strive to make money.
